Welcome to another day of the hop! I woke up this morning and realized that my post didn't cooperate and post, so I am a little late in re-writing it. 

I have some more MDS pages to share with you today.  Thank you so much for the wonderful comments everyone has been leaving.  I really appreciate all of them and love hearing from you! 

 My girls right before their 1st parade practice.  They weren't so chipper afterwards, haha. 

 I have to say, I don't think I have ever been in so much awe as I was watching the Houston Police Dept. They were our escorts for the whole week we were there, they went with us everywhere.  Our "crew" traveled on 13 tour buses, all filled with cheerleaders and parents.  These wonderful men from the PD were so cool to watch, they were stopping traffic on the freeway for us, and all sorts of other things.  You residents of Houston should be proud, these men took wonderful care of us! 

 Day at NASA!! This was such a fun day.

A welcome and hello to everyone!! 

Welcome to the Glitter Queens Blog Hop, I have been so bad at updating my blog lately due to a very full moving schedule as well as some other family things going on.  But, I spent a few hours tonight making some fun My Digital Studio projects, my latest fun!  My actual product is still packed up, so I get my SU! fix digitally.  If you haven't played with this program, you are missing out!! 

So, onto the fun.  If you are following in order, you just came from Tamara's site.  What fun stuff she had for everyone today.  

So, a little background about the pics.  My daughter and 2 of her fellow cheerleaders made the UCA All American Cheer Squad, which in turn meant that they were going to perform in THE Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade!!! We fundraised for a little over 2 months and the Monday before Thanksgiving, the 3 girls, my mom and myself boarded a plane.  It was a fun filled week, full of shopping at the Galleria Mall and lots of activities with almost 600 other cheerleaders and their chaperones.  The picture with the half naked boy and the girls is the Gilly Hicks model who was at the store on Black Friday shopping, and of course each girl had their pic taken with him.  The picture with just one girl and him is my daughter.  She is also the one in the middle of the 3 of them on the same page.  You have no idea how proud I was to take these 3 girls to Houston, they were the only girls who went from our area.  

The 3rd page is a pic of my mom and I.  Running on about 3 hours of sleep and waiting at about 7am for the parade to start.  We had a few hours to kill, and we were so tired, we started takign random silling pics of ourselves, but this one is my favorite.  ;) 

Well, I hope you enjoyed my projects from today.  And, by the way, these 3 pages were literally just drag and drop my pics.  The templates were all done, with embellishments, I just added a few little stamps and moved a few things around.

 Wow, has it really been another month gone by?   I don't have much to say this time, been very busy with moving and it has been the longest days of my life since last Saturday.  All my Stampin' UP! stuff is still packed away, so I went with some My Digital Studio projects this month.  I am headed to a retreat up in the mountains next week and on my agenda is some fabulous SU projects that have been rolling around in my head. 

Next month my goal is to not forget and get sidetracked on the theme, color challenge and the stamp challenge.  I think my mind has finally been lost, hehe. 

Without further ado, here is this months eye candy. 

I can't take credit for the card above, it was a pre-designed one in the Summer Smooches download pack.  I just couldn't resist, I am thinking I might just have to make this one out of real paper, brads, stamps, and rhinestones.  Oh, that might just be the motivation I need to get my stuff unpacked. 

I do believe this one is my favorite, my local ladies will totally agree with that statement.  I love owls, I especially love the eclectic and vintage ones.  So, this little tag will be printed out tomorrow and added to a card front or something fun.

I did probably one of the biggest "DUH" moments I have had in quite awhile.  We are in the middle of packing for a move, and apparently I don't know the days of the week.  So, I missed the last days of the Glitter Queens Blog Hop.  So, here are a few more cards that were supposed to be a part of the hop, but I did a BIG oopppssss..

Hi Everyone!! Welcome to the March addition of the Stylin' Stampin' Blog Hop!!  A week or so ago a friend and fellow Demo made the cutest little tote.  She proclaimed that she had never sewn before and I figured, "Well, neither have I, maybe, just maybe, I can do it too!"  So, I bought the tutorial she had done, got comfortable and then went on the hunt for something else.  In comes Julie from Inkredible Stamping   and her fabulous tutorial for these scallop square rag bags.  Now, I am obsessed with making these things.  This one has a flower and button that needs to be attached, but my hands are not cooperating today.  I have attached a photo of another one that is complete so you can see.

  The fabulous demo that got me inspired?  Our very own Miss Annie Lee, she has some gorgeous projects today too.
